yes

When selecting a new doctor and they ask "what insurance do you have" they seem very confused when you tell them WebTPA. What is the best way to answer that question.

23:50
will we have access to this PowerPoint?

25:11
Hi Sheila - this is Blake with WebTPA. The best way to respond to that question when a provider asks is that your administrator is WebTPA, but you are using the Aetna Signature Administrators provider network. Most physicians understand this, and this usually clears up their confusion.

25:38
Thank you Blake.

26:13
Is the $100 deductible per person?

26:44
Hi Nisha, We will have the PowerPoint on our website, plano.gov/benefits.

26:50
A PowerPoint of this presentation would be helpful.

27:08
Hi Nisha, yes, this PowerPoint, along with a video and another Q&A session from Open Enrollment can be found on our website at plano.gov/benefits at this link: 2021 Open Enrollment Q&As, Videos and Additional Information

27:28
Are televisits (besides through Teladoc) still covered with physicians/specialists during COVID-19?

27:43
Hi Nisha - Yes, you will have access to this PowerPoint presentation along with the recording.

28:20
If we have both dental and vision with Medlife, why did they have to send me two separate cards instead of combining on one?

29:25
So $300 total benefit on vision, any number or ways between frames & contacts?

29:37
Which Aetna do we select? I saw over 50 different Aetna choices and couldn't determine which one was ours. I ended up picking Aetna PPO but there were many of those too.

30:00
Where can you get the form for the biometric screening?

30:53
Jerry, you can get the form for biometric screening on our website at plano.gov/benefits under Connect4Health

31:03
Thank you.

31:16
I tried registering on Metlife.com per the email instructions but it gives me an error of "unable to authenticate" and I spent 30 minutes on hold with an outsourced tele representative and it didn't fix the problem. Is there any other instructions to registering?

31:37
Will the change in dental provider affect orthopedic treatment that is already underway?

31:46
I meant orthodontic!

32:09
Hi Rick, Aetna Signature Administrators is an Aetna PPO network.

34:00

37:26
We have been sending the benefits guide to applicants that we have been interviewing for the past few years and have received positive feedback from the applicants. The City of Plano has a very impressive benefits package. Great job to the team that produced this guide.

37:27
The 2021 Benefits Guide and all other information can be found at plano.gov/benefits

38:06
QR code worked perfectly.

39:33
V Stevens, please send us an email to HRBenefits@plano.gov and we can help you.

40:17
Thanks!

42:08
So, the monthly 'premium' we pay goes into a city fund? And the city pays the insurance portion of doctor bills?

42:31
Both of my kids are on my ins and I only received two card. I need a third for health, dental and vision.

45:09
Michelle Long, you can print additional cards, there are instructions for both WebTPA and MetLife in the Benefits Guide on pg 20 called ID Cards.

45:48
So when we are completing patient paperwork at our doctor's office do we list our insurance as Aetna or do we list it as WebTPA? I thought it was Aetna replacing United Healthcare, right or not?

46:39
You can also call Customer Service for ID Cards

47:01
WebTPA Customer Service Phone #: 844-380-4552

47:47
Would FSA reimbursement be eligible for out of network provider?

48:30
MetLife Dental Customer Service: 800-942-0854 and MetLife Vision Customer Service: 855-638-3931

50:51
I have received 2 Dental cards but both have my name - Other should be my wife's name

52:20
Doris, we recommend on forms you put WebTPA/Aetna Signature Administrators and give the provider your ID card. Most providers know what this means. If you run into any issues, have the provider call the number on the card and our team will explain this to them.

01:00:26

01:05:54
Okay, thanks :)

01:05:58
If my PCP is non-network. Plan will not even reimburse at an in-network rate? Plan will pay zero?

01:06:43
I found when registering on WebTPA you have to add -01 to your member number.

01:09:04
I have a small amount left in FSA that should normally roll over into the new year's card. How will that happen if the FSA accounts are "new"? Is UHC going send the amt to diversified benefits?

01:09:36
yes thanks!

01:10:47
How long will we continue to have access to myuhc for previous claim information we may need?

01:10:54
I believe the FSA slide said it won't auto roll over this year is that correct?

01:11:38

01:12:15

A new drug for my husband so just checking. Thank you for checking. I appreciate it.

The international pharmacy administers Nexium for free if anyone takes that.

01:16:51
Does variable co-pay apply to infusion medications that are administered at an oncology location?

01:17:37
So if I find a coupon for Oxempic I can use it with insurance still correct?

01:17:38
Just to be clear, can we open an account in Southern scripts and have medications mailed to us?
